- Deposits are not refundable.

- A 48 hours' notice is required to change your appointment date.

- If canceled less than 48 hours, you will lose your deposit and will need to place a new deposit to schedule the next appointment date.

- If canceled prior to 48 hours, the deposit may be transferred to schedule a new appointment.

- There is a fee of $25 for rescheduling an appointment; you will need to email us with the new appointment date that is open in our schedule.

- If *Rachel* is unable to make an appointment and needs to cancel within less than 48 hours, your next appointment will be 50% off the original price.

- If *Rachel* needs to reschedule the appointment with more than 48 hours' notice, you will receive $25 off the original price of the appointment.
